 Kamut is an ancient wheat variety, but its properties differ from wheat. Its great advantage is that it is grown organically and non-GMO. KAMUT® Khorasan grain contains more protein than wheat (KAMUT® 40% protein, wheat 15% protein), it is rich in minerals, especially selenium, zinc, magnesium and vitamins B and E.
