Delivery, payment and return terms
1. Shipping
The seller enables product delivery to the customer's address using DHL courier services. Delivery is available within the territory of the Republic of Slovenia.
Shipping costs depend on the weight of the package and are listed in the table below:

Free shipping applies to all orders over €100.00, except for fresh fish, which are only available for personal pickup.
The delivery time is typically 1–3 business days from the date of payment or order placement. The customer will be notified via email when the order is shipped, along with a tracking number.
2. Personal Pickup
Customers have the option to pick up their ordered products in person at:

Pickup is possible only with prior notice and confirmed appointment by the seller.
The online store offers the following payment options:

Payment by credit or debit card (via a secure payment system)

Payment via mobile wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay)

Payment upon personal pickup (cash or card)
All online payments are secure and processed via a certified payment service provider in accordance with the highest security standards.
4. Right of Withdrawal (Product Returns)
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot), the customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without the need to state a reason.
In the event of withdrawal, the customer must:

Return the goods undamaged, unused, and in the original packaging no later than 14 days after sending the withdrawal notice

Cover the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to the seller’s fault
The refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item, using the same payment method as the original transaction.
5. Return Limitations
Due to the nature of the products, fresh food items such as fish cannot be returned, except in the following cases:

Wrong item delivered

Damage during delivery

Product quality defect
The customer must notify the seller of such an issue within 24 hours of receipt, using the email address provided above.
6. Personal Data Protection
The seller undertakes to process the customer’s personal data solely for the purposes of order processing, communication with the customer, and accounting record-keeping.
Data processing is carried out in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the applicable laws of the Republic of Slovenia. More information is available in the Privacy Policy.
7. Final Provisions
These terms and conditions form an integral part of any contract concluded between the customer and the seller via the website www.mlinrangus.com.
We reserve the right to change prices, business terms, and website content without prior notice.
