5. Personal Pickup

 

Personal pickup is available at:

Prior telephone notification is recommended.

6. Product Restrictions

 

Due to the nature and requirements of food legislation:

​

• Fresh fish and fish products are NOT shipped.

• Only personal pickup at the fish farm location is possible.

• Products that require refrigeration are not shipped via parcel delivery.

7. Undeliverable Shipments

 

If delivery is not possible due to:

​

• incorrect address,

• customer unavailability,

• refusal of acceptance,

​

the package is returned to the sender.

The customer is responsible for reshipping.

​

​

8. Damaged Shipments

 

Upon receipt, the customer must check whether the packaging is damaged.
If the product is damaged, the customer has the right to request a replacement within 24 hours of receiving the package.

 

 

9. Changes to the Delivery Policy

 

The provider may change this Policy at any time. The valid version is published on the website.

Return Policy

 

1. Right of Withdrawal

 

The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract in writing within 14 days of receiving the goods, without stating a reason.

The withdrawal notice must be sent to:

2. Return Conditions

 

In the case of a return, the returned goods must be:

• unused,

• undamaged,

• in the original packaging,

• with all attached labels.

 

The goods must be returned no later than 14 days after the notification has been sent.

3. Return Costs

 

Return costs are borne by the customer, except if:

 

• the product was damaged upon receipt,

• the wrong product was delivered,

• there is a material defect.

4. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

​

In accordance with Article 135 of the Consumer Protection Act, returns are not possible for:

 

• food that spoils quickly,

• products made to the customer’s order,

• opened food products,

• fresh fish and fish products,

• products with opened hygienic packaging.

5. Refund

​​

The purchase price is refunded no later than 14 days from receipt of the returned goods, using the same payment method.
The provider may withhold the refund until the goods are received.

6. Product Exchange

​

An exchange is possible if the product is:

​

• unused,

• undamaged,

• in stock.

​

The customer bears the cost of reshipping.

​

​

7. Material Defects

​

The customer may claim a material defect:

​

• within 2 months of discovering the defect,

• no later than 2 years from purchase.

​​

The customer is entitled to:

​

• repair of the defect,

• replacement of the product,

• reduction of the purchase price, or

• refund of the purchase price.
