The general terms and conditions of the online order determine the terms and conditions of ordering products, which are carried out by the company Rangus, millinary and trade, Dol. The provider must confirm receipt of the complaint within five working days, inform the client or buyer of how long it will take to process it, and keep them informed about the progress of the procedure. The provider will make every effort to resolve any disputes amicably. If the dispute between the provider and the user cannot be resolved by agreement, the court in Novo mesto is competent for further resolution of the dispute.
Cash on delivery – When paying on delivery, only cash payment is possible, and you must be present in person at the time of delivery, regardless of the value of the order. Delivery costs are covered by the customer.
Until the products from an individual order are fully paid for, the ordered products remain the property of Rangus, mlinarstvo in trgovina, Dol.Vrhpolje doo, even if they have been delivered to the customer. In the event of non-payment or incomplete payment, Rangus, mlinarstvo in trgovina, Dol.Vrhpolje doo has the right to request the return of the product in perfect condition from the buyer.
The provider issues an invoice on a durable medium (paper), which serves as proof of the complaint.
Validity of the promotional offer
The validity periods of the promotion, which may differ, are stated next to the promotional offer.
Right to withdraw from the order, return of goods
The consumer has the right to notify the company of his withdrawal from the contract in writing within 14 days of the delivery of the goods, to the contact e-mail address mlinarstvo.rangus@siol.net. The consumer must then return the goods to the company within 30 days of the written notification, covering the direct costs of return. The products must be unused, undamaged and in their original packaging. A copy of the invoice must be enclosed. The costs of returning the goods are covered by the client or buyer. The provider returns the entire purchase price (purchase price with delivery costs) as soon as possible, but no later than 30 days from the receipt of the notification of withdrawal from the contract.

Delivery time
Flour is delivered only on Slovenian Post business days. If the product is in stock, the delivery time is a maximum of two business days from the receipt of an electronic notification to your email address that your order has been shipped, otherwise it may take longer.
