1. General Provisions
These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter: “Terms”) apply to all purchases made in the Mlin Rangus online shop at www.mlinrangus.com (hereinafter: “online store”), operated by:

These Terms are prepared in accordance with applicable Slovenian and EU legislation, including the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot), the Electronic Commerce Market Act (ZEPT), the Personal Data Protection Act (ZVOP-2), and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
By using the online store, the user confirms that they are familiar with these Terms and fully accept them.
2. Availability of Information
The provider ensures that the buyer is provided with all mandatory information before entering into a contract, including:

prices with clearly displayed taxes and delivery costs,

payment, delivery, and supply conditions,

the buyer’s right to withdraw from the contract and the return procedure,

delivery conditions, timelines, and limitations (e.g., delivery is available only within the EU),

validity of offers and prices,

3. Product Offer, Prices, and VAT
The product offer in the online store is frequently updated and may contain errors. Prices are listed in euros (EUR) and include VAT unless stated otherwise.
The price displayed at the time of placing an order is considered the final price.
Delivery costs are not included in the product price and are shown during checkout and described on the Delivery & Returns page.
The provider reserves the right to change prices without prior notice. Prices applicable at the time of order submission apply.
In case of an obvious pricing error (e.g., €0.10 instead of €10.00), the provider reserves the right to contact the buyer to cancel or confirm the order at the correct price.
4. User Registration and Contract Conclusion
Orders may be placed as a guest or as a registered user.
Order process:

The buyer selects a product and quantity and adds it to the cart.

The buyer reviews the cart and may modify or remove items.

The buyer enters delivery details and selects a payment method.

Before submitting the order, the buyer reviews the summary and confirms acceptance of these Terms.

By clicking “Complete Purchase” / “Submit Order,” the order is placed.

The buyer receives an automatic confirmation email.

The contract is concluded when the provider accepts the order (e.g., via a confirmation email or by dispatching the goods).
The order (contract) is stored electronically on the provider’s server. A copy may be requested by the buyer at any time.
5. Payment Methods

6. Delivery and Delivery Times
Products are delivered via contracted delivery partners (e.g., DHL) or by personal pickup at the mill by arrangement.
Delivery times are indicative. The provider may notify the buyer in case of delays or changes.
Delivery area
Delivery is available exclusively within the European Union.
Delivery to non-EU countries is not possible.
Estimated delivery times

Slovenia: 1–7 business days

EU: 7–14 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on the courier.
The provider is not responsible for courier delays.
Product limitations
Fresh fish and fish-farm products cannot be shipped.
Pickup is only possible in person.
7. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act and EU consumer law.
Withdrawal must be submitted in writing to: mlinarstvo.rangus@siol.net
The buyer must return the goods undamaged, unused, and in original packaging within 14 days of submitting the withdrawal notice.
Return shipping costs
Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer unless the return is due to the provider’s error.
Refunds
The provider refunds the purchase price (including the basic delivery cost of the original shipment) within 14 days of receiving returned goods, using the same payment method unless the buyer agrees otherwise.
Returns ARE NOT possible for:

food products, flour, groats, gluten-free products and other consumables with short shelf life,
-
fresh fish and perishable fish-farm products,
-
products with opened or damaged hygienic packaging,
-
personalised or custom-made products.
8. Material Defects and Complaints
The buyer must inspect goods upon receipt.
If a material defect is identified (the product lacks agreed or expected characteristics), the buyer must notify the provider and include supporting evidence (photos, description).
In case of a material defect, the buyer may request:

repair,
-
replacement,
-
refund.
Complaints should be sent to: mlinarstvo.rangus@siol.net or by post to the provider’s address.
The provider will acknowledge the complaint within 5 business days and inform the buyer of the process.
9. Personal Data Protection and Cookies
The provider processes personal data lawfully, transparently, and fairly for the purposes of:

order processing and delivery,

communication with the buyer,

accounting,
-
sending newsletters (only with consent).

10. Commercial Communication
Promotional emails:

will be clearly marked as advertising,

will clearly show the sender,
-
will always allow an easy unsubscribe option.
The provider strictly respects the recipient’s right to unsubscribe at any time.
11. Liability and Intellectual Property
The provider strives to ensure up-to-date and accurate information but deviations in product characteristics, stock, and pricing may occur.

All content (texts, photos, logos) is protected by copyright and may not be used without written permission.
12. Dispute Resolution
The provider respects applicable consumer protection laws.
Disputes will first be resolved amicably.
If amicable settlement is not possible, the competent court in Novo mesto (Slovenia) has jurisdiction.

13. Final Provisions
These Terms apply from the date of publication and apply to all contracts concluded through www.mlinrangus.com

The provider reserves the right to amend the Terms. Changes apply from the date of publication. Terms valid at the time of the order apply to that order.
