KAMUT® KHORASAN ORIGINAL ORGANIC WHOLE-GRAIN FLOURKamut is an ancient wheat variety, but its properties differ from wheat. Its great advantage is that it is grown organically and non-genetically modified. KAMUT® Khorasan grain contains more protein than wheat (KAMUT® 40% protein, wheat 15% protein), it is rich in minerals, especially selenium, zinc, magnesium and vitamins B and E. Although it also contains a smaller amount of gluten, it is much easier to digest than wheat. It has a pleasant, sweet taste, reminiscent of nuts, so the flour is suitable for making bread, pancakes and desserts. The grain can also be prepared with the addition of vegetables for risottos, side dishes to other dishes or as a separate dish.
