KAMUT® KHORASAN ORIGINAL BIO WHITE FLOUR
Kamut is an ancient wheat variety, but its properties are different from wheat. Its great advantage is that it is grown organically and non-GMO. KAMUT® Khorasan grain contains more protein than wheat (KAMUT® 40% protein, wheat 15% protein), it is rich in minerals, especially selenium, zinc, magnesium and vitamins B and E. Although it also contains a smaller amount of gluten, it is much easier to digest than wheat. It has a pleasant, sweet taste, reminiscent of nuts, so the flour is suitable for making bread, pancakes and desserts.
