Organic Golden Tartary Buckwheat® Valvice are dried organic homemade pasta made from organic Z. Tatar
buckwheat flour, organic durum wheat semolina and water. They can be used as a standalone dish, stew or side dish to various dishes.

Ingredients: 66% organic durum wheat semolina from controlled organic production, 34% organic. Tartary buckwheat® flour from controlled organic production, water.

Preparation process: Cook the pasta for 5-8 minutes in salted boiling water.

 Tartary buckwheat noodles are a new original product, pasta made from Slovenian organically grown Tartary buckwheat flour and organically grown wheat flour. Tartary buckwheat flour ensures that the pasta contains the flavonoids rutin and quercetin. Rutin is known to have a preventive effect on cardiovascular diseases. According to the latest scientific findings, quercetin also has an inhibitory effect on enzymes that break down starch, which is recommended for patients with diabetes. The original wavy shape of the noodles has a double meaning. Sauces adhere better to wavy noodles compared to flat noodles, which gives such dishes a special appeal. Buckwheat pasta is known to start sticking to each other after cooking. In our Tartary buckwheat pasta, sticking is prevented by the wavy shape of the noodles.
