The perfect idea for a healthy and balanced lunch! Golden Tatar buckwheat is an extremely nutritious grain, known for its high content of rutin, flavonoids and antioxidants, which strengthen the immune system, protect the heart, help regulate inflammation and support overall vitality.
Combined with vegetables and chicken, it creates a light, tasty and completely natural meal that is ideal for every day - quick to prepare, gluten-free and very filling.

Ingredients:
180 g golden Tatar buckwheat porridge
300 g chicken breast (cut into strips)
1 red pepper
1 zucchini
1 small onion
2 cloves of garlic
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon turmeric or sweet paprika (optional)
1 handful of fresh parsley
600 ml of water for cooking porridge
Procedure:
Preparing the porridge:
Rinse the golden Tatar buckwheat porridge and cook in a ratio of 1:2.5 (porridge:water) for about 12–15 minutes, then let it rest for 5 minutes.
Preparing vegetables:
Quickly fry the chopped onion in oil, then add the garlic and chopped vegetables. Fry for 5–7 minutes until softened.
Chicken:
Separately, fry the chicken strips in a pan until golden brown. Season with salt, pepper, and add turmeric or paprika if desired.
Grouping:
Combine all ingredients – cooked porridge, vegetables and chicken. Mix and season if necessary.
Service:
Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve as a hot main dish.
