Ingredients:
100g cooked Tatar buckwheat porridge
100g millet porridge •1.5 cups plain yogurt
100g sliced dried apricots
200g apples or pears •100g honey / cinnamon / coconut / chia seeds (optional)
Procedure:
Cook buckwheat and millet porridge in milk, drain and combine. Add finely chopped apricots, plain yogurt, grated apples, honey and cinnamon to the cooled porridge. Mix all the ingredients together, season and decorate as desired!
