Fresh trout from our renovated fish farm – welcome!

We are pleased to announce that the Mlin Rangus fish farm has reopened after renovation. Following carefully completed improvements and updates, our trout are once again available — fresh, healthy, and raised in clean water from beneath the Gorjanci hills.

At Mlin Rangus, we have been preserving the tradition of natural fish farming for decades, in an environment that respects nature and animal welfare. Our water comes from a local spring, and our trout grow in a calm, natural setting, without unnecessary additives. The result is exceptionally fresh, high-quality fish that delights every lover of homemade fish dishes.
