We were pleased to welcome Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Food, Mag. Dejan Židan, to our mill.
The visit was an opportunity to present our work, our Tartary buckwheat products, and to discuss the importance of traditional processing and innovation in modern milling.
We are grateful that the Minister recognized our contribution to the development of high-quality local food.
