European Buckwheat Conference IBRA 2015
European Buckwheat Conference in Luxembourg
From 10 to 12 December 2015, we participated in the European Buckwheat Conference IBRA 2015 in Luxembourg, titled Buckwheat in Europe: History, Culture, Gastronomy and Nutrition. The event brought together experts, growers, and processors of buckwheat from across Europe.
At the conference, we presented innovations from our mill, with a special focus on Tartary buckwheat products that combine tradition with modern nutritional guidelines.
We were pleased to have the opportunity to exchange knowledge and experience, and to connect with other experts dedicated to preserving and developing buckwheat as an important cultural and nutritional plant.
Participation at IBRA 2015 was an important step for us in increasing recognition and confirming our commitment to quality and innovation.
