BIOFACH 2018

Between 14 and 17 February 2018, we participated in BIOFACH in Nuremberg — the world’s leading trade fair for organic food.

At our exhibition stand, we presented products from our mill, based on local raw materials, traditional milling, and modern processing.

Special attention was drawn to a new product presented in the dedicated Novelty Stand hall, where innovative products with added value are showcased. We were pleased with the response from the international professional public, confirming that Slovenian buckwheat also has its place on the global organic food market.
