Making Noodles from Trdina Buckwheat Flour at IC Piramida Maribor

At the Higher Vocational College IC Piramida Maribor, Japanese masters demonstrated the traditional preparation of buckwheat noodles — soba. The event was a unique culinary experience that brought together Japanese expertise and Slovenian quality.
In the preparation, the masters also used Trdina buckwheat flour, grown and stone-milled in our mill. The results were exceptional: noodles with a rich flavor, full of nutrients, and made with great respect for the ingredients.
Such collaborations confirm that buckwheat connects cultures and creates new opportunities for culinary creativity — both at home and around the world.
