Presentation of Gluten-Free Innovations at IBRA 2016

IBRA 2016

In September 2016, we participated in the 13th International Buckwheat Symposium (IBRA) in South Korea, which brought together experts, growers, and processors of buckwheat from around the world.

At the event, titled Buckwheat in Europe: History, Culture, Gastronomy and Nutrition, we presented our activities and innovations from our family mill.

Special emphasis was placed on gluten-free products made from Tartary buckwheat, which combine traditional stone milling with innovative processing methods. We were pleased to have the opportunity to exchange knowledge and present Slovenian milling on the international stage.

Our participation in the symposium confirmed that buckwheat connects culture, nutrition, and sustainable development.
