13th Slovenian Symposium of Bakery, Milling and Confectionery

On 11 May 2016, we participated in the 13th Slovenian Symposium of Bakery, Milling and Confectionery, titled Milling and Bakery, which took place in Portorož. The event brought together experts, producers, and researchers from the fields of grain processing and bakery.

At the symposium, we presented our experience, innovations, and approaches to buckwheat processing and gluten-free products. The meeting was an excellent opportunity to exchange knowledge, strengthen professional connections, and gain insight into current trends in the industry.
