The year 2017 brought a rich harvest of common and Tartary buckwheat, which we harvested with great respect for nature and tradition. The harvest took place under optimal conditions, and the drying process was carried out with special care to preserve the nutritional value and quality of the grain.

Tartary buckwheat, which we grow as a forgotten old variety, once again proved its resilience and rich nutritional content. Through proper drying, we ensured that the buckwheat would be suitable for further processing into flour, groats, and other products appreciated by both lovers of healthy food and culinary experts.

The 2017 harvest confirms that by combining experience, natural processes, and modern knowledge, we can create high-quality products.
